As a Director at Partner Forces, Tasha Teelucksingh leads client delivery excellence initiatives within the corporate Program Management Office (PMO), collaborating to support workforce development and enable exceptional services to clients. Tasha’s expertise includes strategic communications, program management, business process engineering, and change management.
With over 17 years of experience, Tasha has developed and executed strategic plans across remote teams and advised senior executives on harnessing the power of communication to enhance engagement. She has a proven track record of developing talent and leading proposal and business development initiatives that enable corporate growth. In addition to supporting national security efforts, Tasha previously led strategic communications and special events for NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement, executing stakeholder engagement strategies to advance the agency’s education mission.

Tasha received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The Pennsylvania State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She resides in Bethesda, Maryland, with her husband and two children and serves on the Walt Whitman High School PTSA Board of Directors. Guided by communication as a personal core value, Tasha is passionate about building high-functioning teams through a people-first culture and creating an environment in which emerging leaders can thrive.
