As a Senior Consultant at Partner Forces, Sean Dunaway leads a team providing analytic research and program management support within our CISA portfolio. His focus areas include program and project management, strategic advisory support, and stakeholder management.
Sean brings over 13 years of federal consulting experience spanning the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), and CISA. Throughout his career, he has applied his expertise and deep institutional knowledge to help federal clients make informed decisions and develop strategic plans to drive their mission forward. Sean has experience communicating findings and recommendations effectively to key stakeholders, using visualizations, presentations, and reports to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.

Sean holds a BS in Communication from Appalachian State University. He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children. His passions include coaching and cheering on his kids in their various athletic and academic pursuits and rooting for professional sports teams in Denver, CO. Sean’s leadership philosophy centers on building team unity by working hand–in–hand with his team.
