Rashanna Moss

As Director of Coaching at Partner Forces, Rashanna Moss leads Partner Forces’ Corporate Coaching program, where she helps employees at all levels reach their potential by increasing their performance. Rashanna loves to help people grow both personally and professionally. She also leads Partner Forces Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts by working with the internal committee and executive team to implement best practices, create company-wide awareness, and facilitate educational experiences.

Rashanna has over 20 years of experience in coaching and personal and career development.  She started her career at Penn State University working with athletes, and then joined the team at IMG academies.  She later joined Nike in the Nike Sports Research Lab to assess the psychological perceptions of products. To vary her experiences, Rashanna joined Sales and Sports Marketing within Nike’s collegiate sector. After 5 years with Nike, she took a leap to pursue entrepreneurship and opened four Pure Barre studios in Austin and Houston, Texas. Over nine years of ownership, Rashanna built the top barre brand in Austin and earned numerous awards as a top performer. Having created a sustaining business, she decided to sell her studios to return to her original love of helping others reach their potential through Coaching and Mental Performance.

Rashanna has a Master’s in Sports Psychology and BS in Psychology and Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University. She also has her own company focused on Corporate, Individual and Athlete Coaching through her background in Mental Performance. Rashanna spends her days running between clients at all three levels and wouldn’t have it any other way. She is dedicated to her purpose of helping all clients reach their potential and enjoys building businesses as much as she enjoys sports. Her free time is spent in athletic adventures, deep conversations, and in the pursuit of knowledge.
