As a Senior Consultant at Partner Forces, Nathan Tarbox uses his expertise in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to help clients and partners leverage their data and domain expertise to advance their mission. He is a results-oriented technical leader who architects robust data pipelines, develops innovative AI solutions, and translates complex data insights into actionable business strategies. He excels in a variety of technical areas, including AI/ML model development, scalable data pipeline architecture and development, and software system design and development.
With nearly 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, Nathan has provided critical contributions to projects supporting the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, CISA, and multiple branches across the Department of Defense. His work includes developing expert systems, performing in-depth data analyses, and building AI systems across the computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning domains. Prior to Partner Forces, Nathan served as a Staff Software Engineer and Associate Principal Data Scientist, successfully completing projects ranging from reconstructing relational databases to standing up a SAPF computer lab and its unclassified digital twin in Kubernetes.

Nathan holds as MS in Software Engineering and is a certified CISSP. He combines his technical skills with a strong foundation of discipline and problem-solving, stemming from his service in the U.S. Air Force. Beyond his professional endeavors, Nathan enjoys working on his home lab servers, programming music-synchronized light shows, and 3D printing.
