His subject matter expertise includes security capacity building for critical infrastructure, incident management, operations support, stakeholder relationship management, communications, and training. Marc has a proven track record managing multiple fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical projects concurrently and for multiple stakeholders.

Marc holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University with a concentration in Security Policy. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
