Delivery Excellence creates and sustains the proprietary processes, tools, and methodologies that communicate the Partner Forces value proposition.
Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience leading strategic business transformation engagements for federal government and commercial clients. These include the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, and United States Postal Service. Jennifer is a career management consultant whose professional journey began at a big four consulting firm.

Jennifer holds an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). A Chicagoland native, Jennifer resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, young son, and their rescue dog. Jennifer is an avid reader and a regular at her son’s flag football games.
