As a Director at Partner Forces, Jaclyn Macek Houser serves as a leader on our FEMA and State & Local Portfolio, where she manages government and private sector projects to increase community resilience through mitigation, preparedness, and grant programs.
Jaclyn brings two decades of experience working with U.S. government clients, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations, with a focus on national security, cybersecurity, and risk management. She is a seasoned manager in business administration, program design and implementation, workforce development, and strategic communications. She has worked with key clients across the federal landscape, including Department of Homeland Security Management Directorate, Office of Science & Technology, and Office of the Chief Information Officer, CISA, and FEMA. She also has deep experience advising international partners, advocacy groups, and elected officials, as well as executing high-profile events, conducting media and stakeholder engagement, and developing policy and strategy.

Jaclyn holds an MPP from The George Washington University and a BA in Social Relations from Michigan State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She resides with her husband and two kids in Annapolis, Maryland, where they enjoy plenty of crabcakes and Ravens football.
