Christian has over 13 years of experience in technology and cyber risk, with a strong focus on risk analysis and evaluation of emerging threats. Christian has built and led teams that deliver actionable risk insights to government and industry, including programs assessing risks related to AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, ICT supply chains, and foreign investment

Christian holds an MA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and The Public from Xavier University. Christian holds three professional certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council, and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. He spends his spare time reading, cooking, and enjoying time outdoors with his family.
