Andy has more than 20 years of technology and management consulting experience, specifically in strategic planning, organizational efficiency, business transformation, and information technology management. Since 2006, he has been focused on the Homeland Security mission working with FEMA, CISA, US Secret Service, CBP, TSA, and USCIS. He is an experienced project manager, leading large emergency management and homeland security programs, and a business development executive, winning numerous competitive projects across DHS.

Andy received his BS in Marketing and Transportation Management and Logistics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his MBA in Information Systems from George Mason University. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner. Andy spends his spare time cheering on his kids in competitive dance and lacrosse, cooking new recipes, and walking his dog Boh.
