WORDS OF INSPIRATION

Leadership is not a person or a position. It is a complex moral relationship between people based on trust, obligation, commitment, emotion, and a shared vision of the good. Joanne Ciulla

Amy holds a BA in Public Administration & Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Miami University. Early in her career, a mentor shared professional advice she still embraces: “Work hard, maintain a moral compass, and always be kind.” Amy resides with her family in Northern Virginia and considers motherhood her greatest role. She leads with integrity, respect and empathy—qualities she attributes to her family and upbringing.
