As a Senior Consultant, Alfred Gadapee provides technical guidance and cybersecurity expertise to advance critical infrastructure security missions, including unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) security and cybersecurity grant initiatives. He designs and leads cybersecurity tabletop exercises for private sector partners across various industries, providing hands-on training to help stakeholders develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
With more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing policies and procedures, Alfred is adept at process improvement, strategic planning, and team and program management. A recognized cybersecurity expert and IT leader, his experience includes cyber risk assessment, strategic IT and cyber planning, information assurance, configuration management, crisis management, and IT operations. He regularly helps align program priorities and budget with organizational strategies, plans, and initiatives while monitoring relative metrics for effectiveness.

Alfred holds a BS in Computer Networking and Security and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is also a Certified Project Master through the Institute of Project Management. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute and is certified in ITIL 4 and CompTIA Security+. Alfred is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force. His passions include family, woodworking, and soccer.
