Andy Glaser, Partner Forces Senior Vice President of Strategy, was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council!
NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. A recognized leader in the government contracting and small business communities, Andy joins the NSBA Leadership Council alongside other small business advocates from across the country as they work to promote small business interests to policymakers in Washington, D.C.

Since 2006, he has dedicated his career to advancing the Homeland Security mission, collaborating with agencies such as FEMA, CISA, the U.S. Secret Service, CBP, TSA, and USCIS. An accomplished project manager and business development leader, Andy has successfully guided large-scale emergency management and homeland security programs while securing numerous competitive opportunities across DHS.
Andy joins the NSBA Leadership Council to address critical challenges facing small businesses, including tax reform, regulatory relief, healthcare costs, and access to capital. The Council also fosters meaningful networking among advocates nationwide, ensuring small businesses have a strong voice as Congress and regulators consider key policy proposals.
