What we are looking for:

Partner Forces is seeking a Program Analyst to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. This position will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives for this agency. The primary responsibility set for this position involves conducting research and analysis, creating high quality deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and website management. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, able to work independently, and possesses a growth mindset.

What you will do as a Program Analyst:

  • Conduct thorough research to support new deliverables for the agency.
  • Compile and present data-driven insights to inform deliverable strategy and recommendations.
  • Gather, analyze, compose, and/or edit technical documentation and briefings for program leader(s).
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Organize meetings; develop materials such as agendas and talking points; attend or preside over meetings, as needed; capture action items and monitor progress.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Encourage and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • US citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in program analysis, research, website management, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proficiency in website management tools. Drupal preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Security background is a plus, with knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
