Operations Support Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the entirety of our corporate back-office functions. We are seeking someone who is analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute to our fast-paced environment and has a focus of delivering excellence for our team. You will be diving in on many activities and priorities, so you need to enjoy having a broad set of responsibilities.

Core Requirements & Essential Duties:

  • Support corporate financial operations by performing invoicing, bill paying, and payroll transactions.
  • Support Contract Management functions by organizing and maintaining files and compliance items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data from disparate sources.
  • Perform data analysis and summarize in presentation form, including making actionable recommendations.
  • Learn and maintain internal systems, including SharePoint as well as external systems.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Partner Forces Annual Operating Plan (AOP) key metrics and goals and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to support special projects as needed.
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and assessing their effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about potential technology enhancements relevant to operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience in operations analysis, finance, or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of tools and software for data analysis and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Visio or Tableau.
  • Experience with Knowledge Management frameworks and best practices, as well as developing and maintaining Data Repositories.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
  • Local to the National Capital Region (NCR)/Washington, DC area preferred.
