Data Program Analyst

Status: Full Time
Location: Washington, DC

Partner Forces, LLC., is seeking a Data Program Analyst to support a Federal client that is charged with measuring the risk and resilience of the federal facility portfolio.

Core Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in data warehousing tools, including Microsoft Power BI
  • Can design complex models in Power BI by establishing advanced relationships, hierarchies, and using advanced calculations
  • Understands the use of Power Query in Power BI
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros & VBA

Essential Duties

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and apply advanced analytic and statistical techniques to derive insights.
  • Intermediate expertise in working with large data sets and applying statistical, quantitative, and diagnostic techniques to derive insights and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong qualitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide support for the design, development, and implementation of outreach for the compliance process and technical support teams in the field.
  • Provide support and participate in outreach for the compliance process, including facilitating communications and trainings with system users.
  • Provide analytic capability to track compliance reporting results and determine compliance gaps across Federal facilities.
  • Provide performance –based metrics development guidance to Federal agency and department partners.
  • Coordinate and provide support for Compliance Subcommittee and working group meetings resulting action items. 
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
  • Keep informed of the mission, organizational structure, key personnel, current activities, status of current projects, and any issues affecting the organization.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned. The omission of the specific duties does not preclude the supervisor or client from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS security clearance required; active preferred
  • MA/MS degree in relevant field of study (including but not limited to mathematics, economics, data science, statistics, etc.), and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required; or 
  • BA/BS degree in relevant field of study (including but not limited to mathematics, economics, data science, statistics, etc.), and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills with clients and colleagues
